I highly recommend Master tech auto. Everyone there are so wonderful and kind. The mechanics are top notch, who go above and beyond. They will explain everything to you. I will not bring my BMW anywhere else.

1st time customer and very pleased with service I received with April for my son’s lexus. Very friendly, professional, and clean. They didn’t try to upsell me anything not needed like the other shops in Hickory. Will definitely be using them for future needs.

These guys are awesome. Age 49 and have never witnessed better communication from an auto mechanic shop in my life. I highly recommend these folks especially if you have a Mercedes. They did what they said they were going to do, at the price and terms they said that they would do it in.
