Definitely the type of shop that you want to take your car to. Every time that I called, everyone was nice and answered any questions that I had. They acknowledged every single one of my concerns. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences with mechanics. You will not have a bad experience if you take your car here

This was my first time with Master Tech Auto and I had excellent experience with repairing my BMW.My first interaction was by phone with April, she was very kind and friendly and answered all my questions regarding their business and a car repair. Straightforward fair pricing, just for the work that needs to be done. No upsell, just opposite, the mechanic called me and suggested that I do not need to replace the fluid pump, only gasket/grommet and that it will cost a lot less. It is nice to know that there are honest people that are not to get whatever they can from consumers. Will definitely use Master Tech Auto to take care of my beemers. Thank you .

Had an intermediate service which involved several things needing done. Cost was great, especially compared to dealerships cost and the work was done sooner than expected. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
